100% Verdejo, gefermenteerd in Franse eikenhouten vaten. Processed from selected grapes at optimum ripeness and seeking their highest aromatic expression. Fermentation in French oak barrels, with fine toasting and grain. It is nurtured on lees for seven months, over which there has been a daily batonnage.

- Clear straw yellow colour with golden highlights. Vanilla, lightly toasted, conjoined with fruity tones and aniseed. It has a great mouthfeel coupled with a touch of acidity that adds freshness to the whole.

- Vinification
- Made entirely of Verdejo grapes, fermented in French oak barrels of 500 liters, where it is aged on lees for 7 months, over which there has been a weekly “batonage”, resulting in an elegant and robust wine, where the varietal provides freshness, and the oak a very interesting complexity.

- Wijngaarden gelegen op een hoogte tussen 700 en 800 m. in alluviale bodems, steenachtig, uitstekende structuur, porositeit en drainage die een geschikte ondersteuning biedt. Micro klimaat

- De bodem is rotsachtig en zit vol met grind van het alluvium dat is achtergelaten door de rivier de Duero terwijl het door het gebied stroomt. combinatie met het speciale microklimaat van het gebied met droge, zeer koude winters en hete zomers met koele nachten, resulteert in druiven van de hoogste kwaliteit. De bodemtextuur is zanderig/leemachtig en heeft een basische pH.
