An exceptional year in Champagne. At Bouby & Fils they practise long wine ageing : from 6 to 8 years, or even more. This slow maturation on the lees, the quality of the vintage as well as the nobility of terroir plots bring to the Brut Millésimé more complexity. A vintage wine in BOUBY & Fils is always a complete and elegant wine, conveying a strong and full personnality. Its persistent liveliness and balance develop fruity and floral aromas.
