Tasting note
This champagne is a textbook Brut: fresh, round and has a lovely mousse. An aromatic nose, aromas of white fruits (pear), stone fruit (apricot) with subtle notes of honey and biscuit. Harmonious and a finsih with lots of freshness.

The Brut Sélection is the Champagne for any aperitif and event. It may also goes well with a beautiful fish and its creamy sauce, or a guinea fowl with mushrooms
Vinification
The whole berries are pressed and the fermentation is in stainless steel vats. The white wine remains on its lees for 2,5 to 3,5 years after bottling. Than a minimum of 6 months after disgorging and no added sulphites

Marne Valley, 22 km from Epernay
Soil
Soils are mainly limestone and chalk that grow fine and elegant grapes and wine. The vines grow on the hills in the Marne Valley.
