Description & facts
This wine comes from young vines on the hillside, facing South West. The regularly plowed vines benefit from a clay-limestone soil, they always produce ripe and concentrated grapes. The yield is controlled between 60 and 66 hl/ha.

- Vinification
- Harvested at optimum maturity, vinified and aged at 60% in oak barrels for 7 months, the alcoholic fermentations last between 1 and 2 months. The bottling is carried out during April / May after a light filtration.

- This wine can age for a few years, from 2 to 5 years before expressing the fullness of its terroir.
