- Tasting note
- Straw yellow color with gold tones. In the nose the wine shows a good balance between the partly oak aging and the fresher style of only stainless steel. As a result, the scents of vanilla, hazelnuts and ripe stone fruit alternate each other. In the mouth the acidity is well integrated, the oak aging is present but in the background and the minerality is pleasant. Nice long finish.

- Serve with rich fish dishes such as sole, lobster or Coquille St. Jacques.
- Vinification
- The grapes come from various plots in Vergisson, including some from the Premier Cru listed vineyard La Maréchaude. The alcoholic fermentation is done on temperature controlled tanks from 16 to 18° C, in order to preserve the aromas. The wine then undergoes a complete malolactic fermentation. 60% of the wines matures for 14 months in oak barrels. The other 40% stays in stainless steel tanks.
