The Rosé La Source Gabriel is produced from grapes cultivated and vinified by Roger Blanc Sumeire, nephew of Régine Sumeire, in Pierrefeu du Var,
in the family estate of Font-Freye, in front of the Château La Tour de l’Evêque.

This delicate wine should be drunk around 14°c. Licht zalmroze. The nose is clean, pronounced, showing primary fruit such as strawberry, peach on floral background, with citrus hints.
Een vrolijke wijn met rijpe, maar frisse, intense aroma's. Dry, with supple medium acidity, the wine offers a light “tannic” touch that brings
structure to the palate, otherwise silky and generous. De smaakintensiteit is expressief, met romige aardbeien en kruidige tonen.
Drink youthful, paired with scallops, grapefruit and peach salad or chicken liver terrine.

- Rosé La Source Gabriel is produced in Provence. The colour is pale salmon pink. Dry with medium acidity, the wine offers a light “tannic” touch that brings structure to the palate. Flavor intensity is expressive, with strawberry and spicy notes.

- Vinificatie
- Harvest of the grapes at their technical maturity. Direct pressing in a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation between 2-3 weeks in concrete tanks at regulated temperature. Light filtration before bottling. Storage in air-conditioned cellars.
