About this wine
Description & facts
Ameri is the result of a very unique method called “governo all’uso toscano” (governance in the Tuscan manner) described in the book "The art of making a perfect and durable wine”, 1774.
Moreover in this wine we used another quite unusual technique called “taglio del tralcio” that consists in cutting the cane supporting the ripe clusters.
By cutting the cane only the sun and the wind are promoting the natural dehydration of the grapes, concentrating sugars, acids, and aromas.
