Le Domaine d'Henri 821 Blanc de Blancs '19
Pet Nat (pétillant naturel) is the name of ancestral method: there is only one fermentation with the natural sugar and natural yeasts, producing very delicate bubbles and with freshness of fruits and buttery notes.
821 is a Pet Nat made with Chardonnay from Chablis and Joigny vineyard – made with our Natural yeast and sugar, aged sur latte during 2 years before disgorgement : delicate bubbles ; saline and fruity flavors
Pascal Jolivet Attitude Pinot Noir '20
Attitude Pinot Noir is from the Loire Valley and is the result of traditional wine making techniques. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the vines are planted in the Touraine and Sancerre areas. The philosophy of the estate is to let nature take its course as much as possible The grapes are hand sorted. And 10% of the wine is stored in new oak barrels before being blending with the wine from stainless steel tanks.
