Used in purity it is aged in small toasted wooden barrels and in large seasoned oak barrels, the latter as a symbol of Tuscan tradition, depending on the wine project. The cultivation of Sangiovese is flanked by two other Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards for the production of Supertuscan Il Pareto. Crossed from north to south by the River Greve, one of the three rivers of Chianti, the territory is characterised by soils rich in clay and marls and also by a continental climate. These pedo-climatic features characterise the production of Chianti Classico of Tenuta di Nozzole in the name of power and elegance.
