- Apricot stones, lemons and chalk on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity and a smooth, mineral and lightly waxy character. Blanched almonds on the finish.

- Vinification
- Following a gentle crushing and light pressing, the alcoholic fermentation takesplace in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (10-12°C) for a duration of 20 days. Aging: in stainless steel vats with less contact for 3 months and a further 3 months of refining in bottles.
