Veneroso takes the name from the family ancestor Veneroso Venerosi. Since 1985 - the first vintage - through its elegant and ripe fruit, combined with minerality, it becomes an ambassador proud of the peculiarities of the terroir in which it is born.

Description & facts
Composed mainly of Sangiovese grapes, with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon, over time it has become an inevitable reference point for the entire wine-growing sector in which they operate.The grapes are pressed with feet then the fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in open topped 30 Hl. wooden vats and 25 Hl. concrete vats.
The maturing is 16 months long 500l. French oak barrels (10% new).
