The story of BOUBY & Fils could be a love story from a movie. After World War I, 19-year-old François Bouby was sent to Champagne region to deactivate left-over landmines. During this dangerous mission, he fell ill and was taken care of by a 23-year-old nurse, Rose. They fell in love and decide to settle in Verneuil to cultivate their first vineyard together.
