- This wine is definitely driven by minerality. Very clean nose with an intense fruit expression of apricots, peaches. The wine has a compact body, very elegant with a nice texture that is supported by a great acidity. Clean finish with hints of lemongrass. Lots of terroir to taste.

- Vinification
- The grapes are handpicked and undergo a temperature controlled fermentation at 19°C. Afterwards there is some extended lees contact for extra body and flavor. The residual sugar level is only 3gr/l.

- The Riesling Strass reflects a cross selection of the major vineyards of the village where Allram is located. With the grapes coming mainly from Gaisberg the primary rock produces a dignified Riesling, who shows the great potential of its terroir.
