- The Brut Rosé composition is the equivalent to the Brut Sélection considering the origins of the terroirs ans plots being the flagship of the blending. They add about 15 % of red wine in the blending. This wine has remained on its lees 2,5 to 4 years after bottling. We wait a minimum of 6 months after disgorging and there are no added sulphites
