Tasting note
This rosé Champagne, savory and festive, is a blend of white and red wines. The nose bursts with notes of red and black berries such as blackcurrant, raspberry and wild strawberry and ends with a beautiful freshness.

Vinification
The Brut Rosé composition is the equivalent to the Brut Sélection considering the origins of the terroirs ans plots being the flagship of the blending. They add about 15 % of red wine in the blending. This wine has remained on its lees 2,5 to 4 years after bottling. We wait a minimum of 6 months after disgorging and there are no added sulphites

Soils are mainly limestone and chalk that grow fine and elegant grapes and wine. The vines grow on the hills in the Marne Valley.
