- Beautiful expression of Sauvignon Blanc with floral and quince notes. The minerality and suppleness of this wine are in perfect balance.

- Ideal as an aperitif, with shellfish and fish.
- Vinification
- The juices are cold-settling after pressing, without the use of enzymes, then vinification starts spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts. These natural vinifications reveal all the more the expression of the terroir, and the long aging as for them the aromatic complexity.
